You should educate yourself a bit more, about mental trauma, and abuse.
she is literally useless, depends fully on the men that is with her/family, no one ever stood up for her, and she was brought to the family from who knows where, she has nothing and when she tried to fight she was abused and hurt so she stopped.
And the story reflects reality, it would rlly suck if she just suddenly developed some crazy superhero power and kick ass .

Paks she can’t really voice her opinions to others as she doesn’t have a really strong bond with anyone else currently(even Izek).Have you not noticed that even when she does “nothing” to you she gets abused?He makes her feel helpless and that he’ll always be there.Not every abused person is going to be badass and destroy those who hurt them. She’s someone who needs help to escape and what’s wrong with that? The focus is if She escapes not if someone had to HELP her for that. (Please don’t be offended about what I said) |

Aoxk.paks she’s in a situation where she literally can’t. He’s powerful and no ones knows about her situation(what I’m guessing) if she just randomly became badass and stood up to him he will HArm her. And she knows that so it’s better not to fight him. (Spoiler)She will do something but be heavily injured by him., all because she stood up for herself by TALKING. I don’t really think this story if for you though as you may not like it but its not everyones cup of tea. Have a nice day!

Honestly, this is painful to read. The fl is very annoying, she just whines and does NOTHING, waiting for the enchanted prince saves her. You might even say “aww, but she went through a lot of trauma”, guys it’s a story. What’s the point of reading a story where the protagonist doesn’t do anything? It’s depressing and very sad, even when you go through a lot of difficulties, there is a moment when you have to stand up for yourself, everybody does that. Just hope she have a development arc, bc that would be badass.
