I don’t think so.
Seems like she already had a good relationship with the young master. That’s why she survived for so long.
To me the Mc is only alive bc he cared about the original girl.
So in other words she just took over the body of someone he actually cared about since he said: she was the only one who lend him an ear ( listened to him)
And it seems like she always brought him his medicine but he still didn’t kill her 🤷🏽♀️. I wish we had story where the owner of the real body fight to get their body back. 🧍🏿♀️
