That knee injury is an absolute worst, you can tear your acl or any important muscle, and it wont feel the same even after recovery. I had a knee injury, it’s not as bad as MC, but it took soooo long to recover, it’s been 5+ years and I still can’t play football or basketball as energetic as i was before
