If the Prince KNOWS these two are evil, KNOWS he can easily get evidence, yet does nothing to stop them, he doesn’t have the right to say that he cares for his people. The very people who are only starving because he lets the two evil men do whatever they want. I agree with Voltaire on this one. The self righteous Prince is just as guilty as the other two.
