The AI will translate it from almost 85%-95% with CLARITY, meaning that it can be understood. You can re-adjust some phrases, sentences manually to make it shorten and easy to understand.
I think you need to crop those bubbles and just translate them accordingly, which the painstakingly job.
This is how to read those manga, light novels, and visual novel games that doesn’t have any localizations.

I’m pretty sure that most of these are run through a computer program that translates them automatically and no proof reading is preformed. That would explain not only terrible translations, but also times when the original text is not removed and the translation text is just slapped on top. There is no way that a person would not notice that they were putting text on top of existing text.
