   Not everyone can overcome trauma when they have been abused for years it’s obvious that there will be side effects from this even if she doesn’t realize that she has been abused for years, I mean it’s clear that she couldn’t even move how she wanted plus the flashbacks alluded to her having ptsd in which she isn’t even confident or fully comfortable in asking for help, and I believe the only reason she was able to be brave before was because there was no physical touch or because it wasn’t her that was in danger, causing her protective instincts to kick in.
