Why are so many saying the artist was changed? No, they weren’t. The art is still the same, it’s just gotten more polished over time. And neither was the person in charge of the story changed. Just look up this title on Twitter, Baka-Updates, AniList, etc. and you’ll see no changes in staff have been or will be made. So strange…
Also, yes the muscles pervert joke is annoying and sadly, if the spoilers I read about others’ reactions to the gimmick are to be believed, it was in the original novel too, and was weird there also. So it was present in the source material and was off-putting there, too.
