I totally agree it’s so tiresome when there’s so many stories that have awful families that are complete trash!
It’s also fine for the male lead to not be the brightest out there I actually prefer some flaws as long as they are not a toxic person.
A good personality is the real key for success in my opinion!

🤦♀️his legs not his…. his family has dirty minds. The ml isn’t the brightest, but I like him. And isn’t nice to see a royal family that’s loving to each other. No half, or step siblings that are mean, no mean siblings at all. No evil step mom, or uncaring father. They seem like a normal non backstabbing family.
