I don’t know how they will pair Karina and Ein on the manhwa cause if I remember correctly in novel Karina and Ein play together with Risa but in manhwa they make Karina as visitor. Then Karina’s family thought that Ein will propose to her so they let her visit every day but I think rumors that Ein will never marry reach Karina’s mom and she stopped Karina to visit the family until she’s married I think (Karina’s mom arrange her marriage immediately). Ein didn’t do anything at that time, but every time he plays with Risa he becomes sad because he felt empty and that’s how he realized that he has feelings for Karina and needed to see her everyday. But the Karina in manhwa looks like a visitor hahahaha, the side stories are more focus on Karina-Ein and Risa’s development and potential ML but I like they continue to focus on FL and ML
