To be honest I see a lot of those who attack the character because of some ridiculous excuses for doing bad things (And I am one of them) yet in this point you can see how the concept of humanity is to do mistakes and redeem themselves and find those who are willing to accept them is the same law in our society where criminals send to prison or receiving punishment then returns to the outside world to start new life .. accepting this one act is important… Which brings the goddess of light actions to represent the same idea .. she showed that as humans we neglect the possibility of redemption just because the same person committed such a crime.. as eternal punishment should be the only thing they need to receive .. yet as what we as creature our name is humanity is which the elements of sympathy and empathy should also be exist or there will be no difference between us and monsters .. the one and only moment she actually found that within that cursed blood emperor their is someone who feels petty for her she start seeing the reality once more
. The one and only truth is you can’t but the blame on the children for their parents mistakes just because you are seeing the bad in them doesn’t necessarily make them kids bad too .. the other thing is once you create as accepting moving one is important to believe that there’s a second chance for her or for her friend to start anew beginning is another aspect she needs to let it happen.. once she achieve this her nature of being a source of light will give her once more everything she lost ..
