   I would have been more shrew and add: In a year the divorce is in effective immediately at the arrival of the date. One side cannot tie down nor force the unwilling party to remain married. The agreement of both parties is legally binding at the sign of the contract and will be in effect,

   With that? she can do whatever she wants, since the law in these stories is often sloppy and they can add whatever they want to clauses.
