To all those bashing the FL,
She cannot escape this abuse cuz she has never been a healthy loving relationship to know any better (mentioned in the initial chapters). Also she doesn’t have a good support system like any close friends or family that can tell her otherwise.
Her life had been tough and to her that relationship is equal to love.
She may seem like a doormat but this is how abuse works.

What a doormat of a fl. You know they don’t like you and you’re still staying, finding them excuses and ultimately signing up for a lifetime of abuse. That is if he’s not the one breaking up first. And what the hell: “the partner doesn’t need to be great but to be the right one?” Dumbest thing I ever heard about relationship. Talk about justifying abuse “he is the right one for me, it doesn’t matter if he treats me like crap.”
Did the author really thought this was a good character? I bet, the bf might be the one breaking up with her instead of her going since she’s unwanted. Anyway she’s just too much for me
