The younger brother is annoying but he has the basic human decency to care when another person is hurt.
So why the the narrative trying to push that he’s worse than white hair? Yes, he destroys things but it seems he’s careful enough not to hurt others. White hair destroys things maliciously (laundry blanket and carpet). (Maybe not “destroy” but he still did those actions with malicious intent.)
