There is ZERO age-inappropriate romance when Kieros is young. He and Leti have a very adorable guardian and ward relationship for all of maybe a few WEEKS before the magic-induced timeskip.
Any and all romance aspects are going to happen in the future when they are both adults.
There were NO instances of grooming, inappropriate touching, or suggestions. NOTHING. And if you actually read the chapters and STILL find something to complain about, then I hope you all never have children because they’re gonna have so much trauma.
