I think the dad is confused and overwhelmed with the possibility that the woman he loved had cheated and he genuinely thought she was living a good life so he let her live in that tower when he could’ve outright abandoned her with the man who claimed to be her father

Where did you get the information about the queen investigating the tower? I don’t think it’s been mentioned in the story so far. The tower is in Exer’s territory, right? Why did a queen need to come to another country by herself to investigate?

In a few chapters earlier, it was mentioned how the father didn’t know he’s daughter was locked up in a horrible prison. From his side he thought she was kept in a luxury tower and he thought she would be happy there and they also mentioned how he thought she would come to him when she grows and if she requests to leave he would allow it right away, when she she requests it. BUT the fl was not in a “luxurious “ tower she was kept in a tiny dungeon, with no light no window, barely any food or honestly any food idk. That’s why she was sick and that’s when she started using her powers to escape her body into the clay body she made to avoid the pain. She spend HELL ish days. So, the FL 100% is valid for feeling what’s she’s feeling. She can blame her family all she wants tbh I think she’s handling it so well, and I don’t think she’s blaming her brothers. She knows they were young when it happened and they had no control. But ofc how can she not find her eldest brother weird, she has done weird shit 🤷🏻♀️ and she comforted her brother many times now. And no shit the dad was f”cking horrible. Yes he did raise her well but you couldn’t even bother to check her when you licked her up tower 😃? Like?? She was a child ????? Bitc- anyways. There probably will come a point in the story where she forgives and things get better so let’s wait and take the time hating the stupidity of the men in this manhwa 🤗 :>

Fl has the right to resent her family, I mean her OWN father left her in the tower just because she thinks she’s a illegitimate child and was sent to the tower, and now he regrets it? NAHHH im not forgiving that family, her current family is better ngl

The father gave her away because he believed she was not his daughter, that’s why she resents the family, because he willingly sent her to the tower without considering her even after spending her early childhood with her. It’s like giving away a dog that’s grown old, because you “found a better home for them”, but really to avoid responsibility. And the queen of the holy nation didn’t go to the tower to rescue her specifically, she investigated the tower and took it down, Mc was there so the queen was like “hey kid I can get you out of here if you want 🤷”.

I still don’t understand why she keeps blaming her whole family for? She knows her mother died protecting her, her two bothers were young when she was locked up. Maybe only her father is to blame. But the father just told her that he had no choice and did provided everything for her to live in the tower comfortably. We still don’t know why she ended up living miserably in that tower, though. What bothers me is that she’s never questioned why the queen of the holy nation who was not related to her personally came to rescue her?
