Ahhh finally. I think over all its toxic yah but if you think deeper, in reality there are ugly things the can love can do ( obession and all) and ironically also love can heal those wound.
I jut hope you guys cut some slack with fl and ml. ML lives with no warmth and love and based his action on what he believes is right, not everyone can changed easily it always takes time. For FL I believe that since she was a lot of wramth and love received she thought that this is the right thing , I have to , I need to, she has friend to knack some sense at her people around her that can support her while ML revolves his life around the FL he believes that she is the warmth that he only needs ( imagine the torture from his first life) the helpness the despair you felt wanting to get away and on the moment he found her portrait it was the first time that he wanted something and received an advice from someone who is stupid ( michael ) and acted based on what he heard ( No parental figure – also in his second life FL is not really a good parental figure for him because she has her own motive)
No healing happend before they met, they just have this reason for themselves and communiciation is not open. They dont trust each other in the first place but the devotion if there from ML to FL. I think things happen because it is necessary for them to realise their own emotions and what is love for both them. Overall I understand that this is not everyones cup of tea but for me its a beautiful story of redemption, sacrifices and love.
Hope there is a side story 👏
