I mean bathing him, putting him on her lap and giving him kisses.. Y’all need to remember that malnutrition on children causes severe growth issues. Considering he basically grew up on the streets alone, he had no guidance to mentally grow. Its not uncommon to have a 16 year old look like a child and behave like one in this circumstances.
