It really doesn’t make sense, I don’t recall them being shown close enough for her to have such a meltdown, last thing I saw, they were barely friends…
I’m just gonna chalk it up to the author trying to hint us towards the novel to get answers…. or I’m making excuses and it was just bad writing

I think the webtoon is the one that’s fast paced, and the novel probably shows more about them teasing each other and getting close. She said stuff we haven’t seen, and it felt like they spent quite a lot of time together. It also feels like she’s had a chagn of mind arc we never saw bc it feels like she isn’t as opposed to getting together with him as before without any particular explanation. That’s a waste tho cuz all we saw was him getting jealous super fast …
