Next chapter backs up what I was saying about the “misdiagnosis”. The doctor just thinks it was a misdiagnosis because there should usually be no way for average people to get access to that high of a level of holy powers, and she doesn’t know how strong doha actually is so she wouldn’t even consider mentioning him.
As a reader we have access to more information than the individual characters, so of course they’re gonna make the wrong assumptions.
