It’s weird this is the first og fl that isn’t an outright bitch or villian. Tbh I’m not sure if she really is one. If I grew up with 2 guy friends (platonically) and one of them suddenly got married to girl that used to bully me. I would feel betrayed or little jealous. You can never be as close as you used to or hang out with them the same way. (You’ve known them all your life, but they marry someone they hardly know. However, if she truly changed and became my friend I would be happy for them and be their 1 shipper.)
You can see all the red flags and want to “save” them bc you don’t want them to get hurt. But you have to realize it’s their decision and to stay out of it. Be there for them if things go south, support them if they want to make that relationship work, or just let them go (if it hurts you too much).
You also don’t feel you liked a long-term friend romantically until they are not around or paying attention to you because you were so used to it or never noticed how much you actually cared.

Nah, Cliff is 100% right to be like this. Lize never actively showed she wanted Killian, and chose to be mostly with Cliff inferring they could eventually marry.
