I have read the novel to completion and I hope I earnestly hope they changed the story a little and not make it the same as the novel because, I will be honest the ending wasn’t that satisfying for me. It’s not like I want everyone death or something but after this arc thing was just too much for Edith and I by the end I just thought they get away by so little compared to the damage they inflict to edith they’re not the main reason Edith suffer but they’re just as much to blame. And the duke is such a trash father to ML until the end that I literally hope Lize would be with the dukedom for as long as possible so they realize just how great Edith as daughter in law was. Everyone was basically get away with just a slap on the wrist, especially cliff I HATE CLIFF he tried to kill Edith by tempering with the yatch before resulting in innocent person almost get executed he should have suffered more I HATE CLIFF AS MUCH AS I HATE LIZE BOTH DUAL FACED HIMBO MF IS SO TRASH HE DESERVES IN GARBAGE BIN.
