Edith realizes that she rather be dead than live on without Killian, so she surrenders herself to the guards, figuring that she will be able to see him one last time when he executes her. They gather Edith and the other members of the Rigelhof house at the execution grounds. The duke passes the authority to judge Edith to Killian. Killian pleads with Edith to defend herself, but she resigns to her fate to die at Killian’s hands and presents her neck for his axe, which satisfies the third and final exception condition, fully breaking the author’s control. Killian declares her innocent and the duke throws Edith in the dungeon for further investigation after seeing her wounds.

Reeze goes to the dungeon to frame Edith. Cliff and Killian arrives at the dungeon shortly after and Killian catches Reeze in the act in front of Cliff. Killian goes back to the execution grounds. The evil maid spills the beans. Killian chops off her hands then beheads her. The duke decides to cover up Reeze’s crimes for the duchess’s sanity’s sake, which backfires horribly. Reeze marries Cliff and makes everybody at the duke’s house miserable, except for Edith, Killian, and those who leave with them, who go on to live happy lives at the Killian county.

Reeze tries to defraud the emperor and gets caught. Edith intervenes and saves Reeze from execution. After all, who knows what may happen with all the time loop nonsense if Reeze dies. The emperor instead dissolves Reeze’s marriage and sends her to a convent to live out the rest of her days. Freed from the mind control dialogue boxes, Cliff marries again and lives a happy life, too. Reeze continues to make a fuzz, but mellows out upon learning of Cliff’s marriage, after which no one hears from her again as she quietly live out her very long and very unhappy life to preserve the current time loop.
Edith with be captured and put to trial (or, execution) there she will be able to completely break down the authority of that b!tch. I won’t speak much or there won’t be fun.
Here’s a couple of differences from the novel and manga.
1. Linon originally went with them when the kidnapping happened he witnessed Edith trying to save the Duchess and her gettting beat for the first time after that he is rendered comatose after being hit in the head.
2. Edith gets beaten much worse by Sophia.
3. Edith appeals to 2 mercenaries by asking them if they have sisters or daughters and gets them to both sympathize with her and fear for their lives from Cliff allowing to take her necklace to cover the rest of the payment.
4. Edith is actually in the basement of the building and doesn’t hear the accusations against her(she finds out White Lotus is the author towards the end of the story), Sophia plays it up and gets Cliff angry so they don’t do a proper search and they leave Edith still locked up.
5. Hours later Edith frees herself, the story goes mostly the same from there, except Edith buys very shabby clothes and isn’t able to be recognized by the knights because of how horribly beaten her face is .

Reeze will get auaw with no punishment and marry Cliff and the two will become Duke and Duchess of Rudwick. Edith and Killian will live happily while Reeze will be unhappy with her marriage to Cliff. She will be like those woman who doesn’t appreciate what she had etc. Cliff is still madly in love with Reeze. Killian’s mom and dad will regret everything and want to give the position of Duke to Killian but can’t because they had already appointed Cliff as their Heir and made Reeze wear the light if Lorraine necklace (Super important Rudwick heirloom).
