This is so disappointing, As a novel reader I stopped watching this coz manga couldn’t express the uniqueness of this novel properly and made ML a jerk…
ML did appeared as jerk then we got to know the reason behind his behavior and how he got to know FL and fall for her moreover FL also fall in love with him but still remind herself to be aware of her ending…
She found that extra Characters held important roles like if they come to understand and like her, she can move more freely and the more she struggle to move forward the more this world classify her as new protagonist….
In this scene Killian search the mansion throughly and found hidden basement and when he enter he found blood stains and Edith’s hair so he kinda guess that she is injured ..
His people found those 2 mercenary and they reveal hoe they got away from mansion and Edith give them her necklace which she treasures alot and they also told him the truth of Edith which She told them coz they were extras so she didn’t have any restrictions talking to them…
Killian regret for not giving her more valuable jewel and how she faced all those situations alone so he thought he have found her and bring her to their territory he can made her pregnant so she can be forgiven for their child for her parents crimes….
FL have chance to runaway but she return to accept death coz without Killian she doesn’t know how to live anymore so it’s better to die in his hands then always be in fear of death in her runaway where she can’t even forgot Killian… that’s how she meet the 3rd condition of author to die willingly…
She made up her mind and act upon it which finally remove restrictions of this world and become real world with countless possibilities of this world…

They chose to fulfill it with flashbacks and not explaining what was happening indeed.

Aesthetics? I mean why would you want to see in illustration the graphic details of a physical violence? I understand wanting for the comic version to be faithful to the novel origin, but reading it in words and seeing it in illustration are 2 completely different thins and will have a different effect on their audience, most of which are young people. I personally thank them for not showing extreme violence in full colored illustration because illustrated violence is not what I’m reading this series for

Kinda disappointed in this scene cuz in the story he found the room and it was bloody and clearly was a scene of violence. She was also more messed up the a few punches to her face in this. But I guess artists were erring on the side of aesthetics
