The manwha is so different from the novel that it often let me quite perplex. This is an another example where they completely change the set up of the story and I don’t see the added value for it. The reason in the novel was quite good and perfectly fitted the narrative, highlighting the selfisness and cruelty from a certain person. Really, to much changes.

Set up one of the time management extensions available for whatever browser you use–I use StayFocused–and put a time limit on whatever sites you use for manhwa/novels/comics. It’s a bit annoying to run out of time but it helps me prioritize what I really like instead of doom scrolling for new chapters.
In your case I’d figure out about how long it takes you to read a chapter fully, give yourself a bit of a safety margin (5 extra minutes, say), and train your willpower to read 1 chapter per day. Give yourself two chapters on your days off as a reward.
That way you’re not depriving yourself and then binging, but rather learning to savor.
