in my opinion, Killian should inherit the duke. I mean if its not him but Cliff his parents hard earn dukedom will be doomed for sure ( bro will literally destroy it). Besides, Edith is smart. She will def adjust and keep her head high in the society. But after all, it’s their decision.

Pronouns are all over the place. “They” is used where is should be “she” and once on a “we” moment
