Well she did start being a hero/job/fighting demons and monster at a really young age, so basically she matured waaay beyond a kid should specially taking care of her sick sister. And meet lots of faces along the way IF she didn’t move places to places.. It’s most likely everyone knows her and just respects her way of life.
