I did some more research (AI) assuming the talking after saying “one minute left” took 10s and her throwing it at the 10s mark, meaning that she reached Mach 4 in 40s applying appropriately 3.5Gs on herself. Taking in air resistance and gravity into account means that the bomb went off approximately 6.2 to 12.4 miles in the air. Even suppressed their would still be structural damage like shattered windows, damaged roofs, and because of the time period setting probably some partially collapsed buildings. Not to mention, she’s not hearing anything that is said due to major hearing loss.
