I read many manhwa stories before and even cried a little but this, this manhwa made me cried so hard, no kidding. The moment she said “16 times” my tears automatically fell. This is heartbreaking to hear from a child and a former adult patient who wants to enjoy life for the second time even though she knows its also time-limited just like from her past… And the fact that she considers life as a gift, that really hit hard. 😭😭😭
