This is so different that what happened in the novel. Carmen or others never really stop her from going in there. In the novel, Carmen actually confirms her guess and takes her to the entrance of that place. Though he then takes her back to the mansion (himself) he says she could go to that place the next day with either Merlin or Michael. She then asks Merlin to go with her who doesn’t dissuade her either. So she actually never went there with Michael nor was she stopped by anybody.
I’m not really complaining abt it or anything, I’m just surprised since it’s so different from the novel, so I thought I’d share it with others. (I actually did not read the manhwa and just randomly clicked on this chapter coz I wanted to see what Carmen looks like in the art. Hence, I was surprised)
