I use Opera GX. It has a built in Ad Blocker and a Tracker Blocker. Its easy and you can also customise certain functions adn buttons to your liking. It also uses a limited amount of RAM and you could even use the RAM limiter feature to further limit your RAM.

I use kiwi browser that blocks almost all ads, you just have to go to settings and check mark the boxes to prevent pop ups

Use DuckDuckgo as your browser, it had add blockers already installed. I never have an issue.

‘TOTAL Adblock’ stopped the pop ups even after my trial ended and I haven’t gotten any viruses yet. It was advertised on YouTube so it’s probably safe?
It ironically gives you pop ups on every website after the trial but once per website and they’re small so it’s not to inconvenient.
It’s also worked on every manhwa, manga and anime site I’ve tried (so like one each)

Yesss, this site have so many manhwa than others. But the pop ads ads, getting my nerves
