   And then the male lead.. though he was a child he immediately made Elena his weak point and is surprised that the duke is using it to his advantage.. I just can’t understand why he was even surprised even going so far as to say she was raised like a flower but did nothing in private to help her.. this book is kinda sickening actually. Only the brother is the only character I like 😭
