When she said she has the rights, it indicates she knew what he did to his ‘son’. It means : “ofc i have a right to know. How would i trust you not to harm my luca to protect your son’s spot as a duke when you already KILL HIS FATHER to secure that” (In that point she hasn’t knew the real reason luca’s scummy father dead, so it’s all just assumptions.
