I know status and titles mean absolutely nothing when it comes to love and life in general but I’m not sure why the empress couldn’t bestow the title of Duke of Wiberlingen for Adelaide instead of countess….I know it said that the highest title she can give is earl/countess with the intention of giving her a duke title which is a bit confusing. I love the life Adelaide has but a small part of me feels like she deserved waaay more than this for all she did and went through and also cause she has amazing leadership qualities but that’s just me 🤷🏽‍♀️
