   the count doesn’t act like a noble at all, more like a child, noble and politician only show emotions and weakness in public and only when they are sure that people will rally and support them not in an enclosed meeting with only others nobles who all want to push forward some agenda and gained nothing but the contempt of all the others nobles and the pity o the dutiful ones. he just showed that he has neither the heart nor the mind of a noble because most have only one of those and a rare few both
