This is such a sad situation and if i was in her shoes i would have done the same however i do hope she overcomes this and let’s love lead the way also for the people saying that their love isnt real is something i completely disagree with, the ML has been with her every step of the way and even became the Marquis for her, to me their love is genuine and i don’t believe she should have dated the white haired guy cause she doesn’t love him as she does the Marquis, he is also not taking advantage of her depression, he is trying to help her and her character isn’t badly written its accurate because we are all strong but we also need someone we can show our weak side to that is willing to help us every step of the way, that’s what a relationship is showing all sides to your partner no matter how ugly and allowing them to help you, we cant be strong all the time and she is pretty damn strong

This feels so bad, it’s not romantic and feels so forced. It’s disgusting how he’s going to take advantage of her depression and morons will call it romantic.
So annoying that her character is so badly written. She’s intelligent and a genius, yet the moment she meets the black-haired Korean-looking character, she suddenly becomes dumb and needs his help all the time, and she chooses him to be her ml instead of the white-haired male who CLEARLY loved her far longer and more sincerely.

She isn’t playing hard to get she is just tired and broken, I said this before in the last chapter but I will say this again, she has been fighting against the towers, her mother, the nobles that wanted her to take the throne and now this manchild emperor and the evil duke her entire life. And all that she get from keeping her head up, defending the weak and fighting injustice was being sold as a commodity because she was endangering her brother position and being treated as an accessory without agency by the shitty emperor. So yeah she is at the rope’s end right now and her entire life as a royal is saying that following her feelings for Lionel will compromise his position and sully his honor, so she doesn’t want to bother him more than she already did(at least in her eyes).
