It’s stupid and a waste of time. It’s so bad I thought it was manhua, but there is some Japanese in some panels and even the cover at the top of the page has some Japanese characters. It might be a manga, but that doesn’t make it any less stupid.

Agreed, it’s awful. He forced an engagement, made her crawl on all fours, put a leash on her like a pet, and in the end, he kills her. And yet, he’s the ML (shown on the cover).

So to better summarize, woman transmigrated into a BL, where her fiancee the 4th prince who is a control freak is supposed to kill her, and eventually get with her newly adopted sibling. The ML, said adopted sibling, was the son of a knight, and his dad saved the life of the duke at the cost of his own life, so the duke adopted him in repayment. Obviously the FL is going to try to get the BL protagonists together to save her life and it’s not going to work. I’m pretty sure this is a Chinese manhua.
