I read somewhere that people thought we should have had a time skip by now. Usually there would be one long before this, but this story needs all of these situations to establish Tia’s foothold before a time skip. Besides healing her family’s gaps and avoiding her father’s death and aunt’s room, she needs to already be strong in business, running the family, her own financial independence, and influence in areas of politics. She’s had to do all this from behind the scenes, so it’s taking a long time.
I wonder if the time skip will happen shortly after the debutante ball, or does she have more work to do first?
