Context time (hopefully this isn’t getting annoying lol). Spoilers.
Once again, Ferloche is an idiot. A cute idiot, but an idiot nonetheless, She’s so dumb the Frey begins to wonder if she was purposefully made stupid by the church or the sun god. She lures him to the church with the hope that she can use his “secret” against him to prevent him from doing evil deeds. However, after touching him (in the novel she touches something else by mistake) she realizes he’s a man, and using the blessing of the sun god snaps his neck with one hand (like I said, she would be the most dangerous for Frey if she wasn’t so stupid). After reviving thanks to his skill (which he can only use 3 times), Ferloche approaches him promising to end his suffering quickly thinking she had only broken bones but missed breaking something vital. The rest plays out relatively the same.

so he really “died” there lol, i’m kind of surprised by how dumb those girls can be even though they are on the second life
