Where is this coming from?
You already have a family to look after (on your father’s side). Right now, you need to work on improving your image and getting stronger so you can be independent and get rid of your mother-in-law and her son. Your grandfather and his family are doing very well and, objectively speaking, there’s not much you can do for them at the moment.
Anyway… Don’t bite off more than you can chew…
I’m not saying you can’t handle everything, but you’ve got other priorities.
