You didn’t pay attn to your fiancée for years… the woman whose known as the most beautiful woman in empire in all social circles. And you weren’t aware that she was popular with all people wanting her? Wtf. Like she’s the most elligible Bachelorette in the country and worked her butt off to be her best because that’s how she was raised. And you paid so little attention to her that you were clueless to that? Like how the fuck don’t you know. You would have to have blocked put her name mentally everytime ANYONE talked about her in your presence. Daft moron.
Let her end things and find a man who appreciates her for real. You literally spent years purposely ignoring her and pushing off your wedding with no intention to actually marry her and have the lack of character to be the kind of person who cheats on her and kills her cuz she got mad at your for it.(as seen in life #1) sure she’s got a bit of an ego but she deserves it she’s gorgeous and she knows it. The girls who fake act humble are da worst lol though real humble is always great but if you got it and you know it and the whole country proclaims you as the most beautiful its not ego its facts lol was she ignorant a bit to those around her? Yeah that’s normal for beautiful women to not notice what’s going on for other people lol. She’s wasn’t a villianess she’s was just blunt AF. In her mind she paid her employees. In modern times irl, do you care if your boss acts like family? He’ll nah. Pay me 😆 she just knows waz up. Like she literally wasn’t cruel even in her past life when her servant acted scared in life two because she didn’t like the shoes she picked out she was baffled like? What? I just didn’t want white shoes with this dress. She wore the shoes later with an outfit that fit it lol. And given her upbringing a servant disciplining another servant would have been normal so she wouldn’t have interfered previously cuz they would have been doing things like that her whole life. Like its normal background knowledge stuff. She changed in that regard because she became aware of how her Servants perceived her. In her mind that was just how things happened cuz it was culturally normal.
Someone like her just enjoying her wealth and shopping and doing things she likes isn’t a villianess it’s just someone enjoying life. There’s nothing wrong with luxury and opulence it’s just that the ML didn’t like it cuz he’s judgemental and a hypocrite. I mean look at how extravagantly he fucking dresses in public social gatherings dude wears a fucking cape everywhere he goes and jewels galore he got no room to act like she’s gaudy. He wears more accessories than she does lol sure he dresses down to hang out with orphans but every where else dudes dressed to the nines. Pot meet kettle fam.
Too bad there hasn’t been any other potential standout male characters who could be a better ML. Prince is too fem and Maria’s older bro? Hell nah and let’s be real he’s need to be at LEAST a Duke for her to save face maybe a 2nd prince or something. Or she could go the commoner route and really show out like….
Yeah my fiancée fucked up soo badly that I’d rather give up nobility and marry some commoner than him bad. Or maybe a foreign king, emperor or prince really lets be real anyone would be better than the dude who stood you up for years and you know is flaky enough to get with some random chick he met off the streets.
