I like this. Its a fresh take on “possession” or “regression.” The ML is kind of a dick esp since they’ve know each other so long and he made no effort to try and get to know her.

This is actually more realistic than the whole ‘she changed’ thing. They weren’t close and assumptions are always made especially with circumstances like that. It’s great the he discovered it himself.
