@Panchooms The Karen was shown to the living room, which is normal for visitors in a noble’s house. Karen got bored because Elsa was “late” for a meeting she knew nothing about, then started roaming the house unescorted and barged into Elsa’s “tiny” room. The servants, probably unsure of how Elsa would want her “dear sister” treated, didn’t restrict her to the living room as they would have a normal visitor.

I think Karen should have been tossed out the door. The room in the servant’s quarters is epic, except for the poor servants. Little bitch arrives unannounced, acts like nothing has changed, demanding $$. She needs to be put in her proper place.
Does Hugh have emotional radar? Zooming in for when Elsa needs some reassurance? I think Hugh, followed closely by Bert, is Elsa’s greatest supporter.
