Here’s the thing, I know author is gonna give him redemption arc BUT, racist people are still horrible. He lost his beloved so he’s allowed to be racist? He called her an abomination. He’s a bad person. Just because a bad person choose to be kind to someone doesn’t undo all the bad.

Can this uncle be saved? she wants to try, i hope he does change, being alive means u can and it doesn’t seem as if he has committed crimes…but some people are just too stubborn and her uncle has been brainwashed for so long
