That’s why it’s all a word jumble with titles and phrases being seemingly mixed and messed up. Not super helpful when a story revolves around royal marriage intrigue, as I imagine MTLing “royal consort” or “concubine” twice will have the computers just reaching to “royal couple” as a ‘safe’ generic translation, even though it is very different in the context here
