there is a saying about a doctor diagnosing himself i think. i dont remember the exact saying, but the point of the saying is that a doctor cant diagnose himself because if he is sick it might affect his/her overall judgement and he might not be able to make the correct decisions and also the doctor that constantly cares for others might think of his illness as irrelevant.
