They really like to Set Up that she’s actually the “Dead” Princess even though everyone reading the story(or atleast seeing the drawing/art) would know she looks far too much with the Direct Royal Family than the Concubine thats probably a reincarnated/demon thats trying to destroy the current royal family because she didn’t get to marry the first Emperor

To what extent is the black magic used for them to not realize something is strange other than the huge fact that she looks exactly like the royal family. The father and step mother has no blood relation to the royal blood line of blonde hair and blue eyes so it honestly doesn’t make an ounce of sense for the concubine to have a daughter with that trait unless she cheated. And then theirs the fact that the princess has been abused and neglected by the concubine. I honestly hate the idea that the husband inherits the kingdom because then his concubines are considered royal as well even though their not.

But they can never guess that because black magic or whatever isn’t in the equation in their head, they can’t guess the concubine held time for the princess to make it seem like she and her son were twins a whole ass year after 😤
