I mean he could literally kill her and resurrect her if he so wanted, which he confirmed is a painful process. He could break her spirit just because he’s bored. So even if we know he probably wouldn’t, she doesn’t. So at this point , as far as she knows, doing anything wrong could be a fate worse then death. I think that’s quite the powerful motivation to be a limp noodle. I do agree though she could ask to do more hobby like things.

Ok so I like the ml a lot less now. Also why not ask to do needle work, crocheting, knitting, reading, why not go dancing and singing with the nymph? That would be better than sitting around all day. She could draw, work with clay, build sculptures, There’s a lot she could ask to do aside from cleaning and maybe he’d let her do those things? I don’t know he’s starting to slide down the scale of good mls.
