I think the killer might be his stepmother. The facts that the victims somehow connected to his house. Also, women would used poison to kill. The killer might mask it with strangulation because it doesn’t want to be know that the killer is a woman.

Since it was poison it won’t make sense anymore for the height since the assumption of the height is on how the culprit strangle their victim
It’s not like a small person can strangle someone tall so they just assumed it was about 180 cm plus
But it was poisom So it doesn’t make sense if its was the duke
Why would he need to poison them when he could just strangle them as what the investigation revealed

I think its his stepmother, I’d bet she had the mother poisoned to death, and then the father, and now she’s aiming to frame him so she can have the title and Dukedom once she married off the sister. So she’s aiming at everyone he has a disagreement with.
The sister doesn’t give off hidden crazy vibes, and the other Duke has no reason to frame him or obsessively observe and “avange” him either. The step mom is the only one with a clearn.motive and past involvement with deaths around him.
Like he said, his father met her “when my mom was still healthy”.
