Lady of Iron Wall - Chapter 2

Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! MC so f*cking stupid!
“Someone you love?” Am I supposed to believe that this character lived a thousand lives? Because she’s acting like a normal stupid teenage girl.
If she really did love a thousand lives, she would be hardened and cold and maybe a little world-weary. But she’s not any of that.
My guess is this writer is lazy af. She wanted a female protagonist to have cool skills and be smart and whatever but she didn’t want to write about how MC came to be all those things. She just swept it under the rug of “a thousand lives” and hope we don’t question it.
It’s only the second chapter and I hate the writer.
