its just that muscles know. i mean i learned karate but i thought it will never be useful, but one day when my friend just tried to punch me in a friendly fight i blocked it like karate move without thinking. but my hand hurt since he was stronger and had better physique than me. well MC doesnt have that pain because he is MC wearing the hardest armor in any manhwa. iykyk
